We are pleased to announce that we have engaged a new Manager, Patricia ("Pat") Goldwater.

Pat has extensive experience in the field of property management, including Mitchell-Lama as well as residential and commercial property. She previously managed Seward Park Housing Corporation, which contains 1,728 residential units plus stores making it comparable in size to Amalgamated, Park Reservoir and A. H. Consumers.

We feel confident that she will be an excellent fit with our cooperative community; we hope that will be your experience as well.
